I earned my master's in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from John Brown University. Over the past 10 years, my practice in various locations, with clients from diverse cultures, gave me a broader understanding of the dynamics that might cause hope or pain in a person's life. I am passionate about people, and love to be part of a profession that offers hope and alternative ways to dealing with pain.
In my practice, I draw on the natural capability and strength of both client and therapist, striving to channel those resources towards growth. I strongly believe in the possibility of change. I would love to walk alongside you, as we unravel your story and explore resources that can bring about positive change in your life.
My experience encompasses working with individuals, couples, and families of various ages. I am especially passionate about addressing teenage difficulties, relational issues, trauma and abuse, anxiety and fear, and premarital preparation.
Fluent in English, French and, Arabic, well-travelled and having lived in more than one country, I love working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
